Minutes of this meeting will be posted when they have been compiled (by a volunteer!)
Two important points were raised during the meeting:
| Individuals who like the developer's proposal are feeling alienated by demonstrating their support. There is a perception that this is dividing the community (as it was in 1984) so it was suggested that the community work towards a solution that is good for the community and acceptable to the majority or residents. |
| Because of volunteer time commitments and logistical difficulties accessing the Strathearn Apartments, a decision was made by the survey team to not collect data within the development grounds. Apartment residents, who are community members, felt excluded and wanted to fill out a survey. |
These concerns will be addressed by the Community League and its survey team.
